PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICES<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

A building is, in most cases, the most valuable asset we own, thus its preservation must by an especially important concern.<\/p>\n

Durability<\/strong> means the ability of the elements of a building to resist degradation and carry on meeting the functional requirements for which they were planned, when exposed to normal use conditions. The high durability of a building is not an own characteristic of the building or of any of its elements. It depends on the conditions that the building is subject to when in service.<\/p>\n

The lack of maintenance operations of buildings has led to accelerated degradation<\/strong>, both physical and functional, of spaces, with negative effects on comfort and wholesomeness of buildings, leading to a devaluation thereof.<\/p>\n

Maintenance works are aimed at correcting small defects, arising from use or wear and tear of materials, building components and building processes. These are interventions with moderate costs that increase the useful life of buildings, preventing phenomena of degradation that may generate much higher repair costs in the future.<\/p>\n
